About the Role:
As the school’s HLTA, you will:

  • Deliver small-group and whole-class learning under the direction of the class teacher

  • Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups

  • Lead interventions to help pupils progress academically

  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment

  • Support with planning and assessing where appropriate
