Contract Scotland is working with a respected civil engineering contractor to source a Freelance Site Engineer for a renewables project based in Ayrshire. This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of civil works, with a focus on drainage, ducting, and reinforced concrete (RFC) elements.
Key Responsibilities:-
Setting out and surveying using Total Station equipment.

Overseeing ducting, drainage, and RFC works to ensure alignment with design specifications.

Maintaining site records, drawings, and QA documentation.

Liaising with the site team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of works.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or energy infrastructure projects.

Proficient in the use of Total Station and setting out tools.

Strong knowledge of ducting, drainage, and concrete works.

CSCS card and relevant qualifications.

Ability to start end of September (or earlier if available).
