Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with our luxury standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting breakfast menu items.
- Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during breakfast service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all food is prepared and stored correctly.
- Provide exceptional service to our guests, addressing any special dietary requirements or requests.
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional breakfast dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
