We are currently seeking two skilled and motivated Electrical Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced production environment.
?? About the Role:As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production through both planned and reactive maintenance. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering effective engineering solutions to minimise downtime
- Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lubrication schedules
- Monitoring machinery and ancillary equipment during production
- Supporting plant productivity improvements and spare parts management
- Assisting with contractor installations and liaising with supervisors to identify and resolve potential issues
- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
We’re looking for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicators. The ideal candidate will have:
- 17th Edition certification and be time-served (highly desirable)
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement)
- Experience using CMMS systems (highly desirable)
- MHE qualifications/experience (highly desirable)
- Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken
- A team-player mindset with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to make considered decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with automated systems and plant machinery
