What You Will Do:

- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and internal analysis.

- Act as the first point of contact for technical and administrative matters, fostering strong customer relationships.

- Manage procurement processes, including handling RFQs, issuing quotes, and progressing pending orders.

- Oversee the management of goods receipt and resolve any issues that arise.

- Provide expert technical support and advice to engineering teams, resolving queries and driving solutions.

- Organise and chair service review meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer needs.

What You Will Bring:

- HNC level qualification or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering and manufacturing environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and independently.

- A valid driving licence, as the role involves travel between sites in Runcorn and Shieldhall, Glasgow.
