- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and F&B sales incentives.
- Maintain and exceed service standards on all shifts.
- Respond to guest needs and resolve service issues.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and expense tracking.
- Support recruitment in collaboration with Talent & Culture.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor payroll, oversee P&L reporting, and assist with forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and workplace safety procedures.
What we are looking for in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager …
- Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel preferred.
- Strong service focus with proven leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
