Working for an independent body set up by the Welsh Government who liaises with the public regarding their experiences of Health and Social Care across Wales.
Your new role
- Engagement: Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming emails: Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes.
- Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns.
- Handle challenging calls: Confidently manage difficult callers.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel: Confidently use MS packages.
- Data entry and management using CRM systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with the public
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Administrative experience
- Must pass DBS check
What you'll get in return
- 14.05 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hours)
- Primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely when required
- Good public transport links and parking
- 3 months temp with possible extension
- DBS check covered by agency
