Salary: From 12.21 upwards per hour - depending on experience
Job type: Full Time/Part Time - Permanent. Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time). 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday)

The Role - Soldering at the Heart of What We Do:
We are looking for a highly skilled Production Operative with proven soldering experience to join our growing team. This is not a general assembly role - soldering is a critical part of our production process, and we are seeking someone who can bring accuracy, consistency, and pride to every joint and connection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Soldering electronic components and cable assemblies to a consistently high standard (this is an essential part of the role)
- Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions
- Crimping and assembling cables and wire harnesses to specification
- Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
- Recording production details and reporting issues to the supervisor
Requirements (Essential):
- Proven soldering experience (minimum 1 year, preferably in electronics or cable assembly)
- Experience using hand tools such as cable cutters, pliers, screwdrivers, and crimping tools (manual and machine)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
- Good eyesight and excellent attention to detail
- Reliable timekeeping and the ability to work sitting or standing for periods
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve
