Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and customer specifications
  • Ensure all food is presented to high standards of quality and appearance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas
  • Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering supplies
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
  • Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu updates
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent cooking skills with a creative flair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Relevant culinary qualification or food hygiene certification preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
