Up to £25,000 per annum
Hours- 08:00 - 16:00

Social housing providing managing 500 plus residential properties in Dagenham.
Day to Day:
- Undertake repairs and maintenance works to properties
- Hinges, locks, general Handyman tasks
- Undertake pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance works in accordance
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Handyman:
- Experience in residential properties
- Driving License
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS check
- Drivers Licenses
- Qualifications desired
