Position: Exams and Data Manager
Location: East London
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum
Contract: Full time - Permanent
Start date: 3rd November 2025
Smart Teachers are seeking an organised and proactive Exams and Data Officer to join a busy secondary academy in East London. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of examinations, student data, and assessment reporting to ensure smooth and accurate processes across the school.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating internal and external exams

Maintaining accurate student data and reporting to senior leaders

Supporting analysis of assessment data to inform school improvement

Liaising with staff, students, and exam boards to ensure compliance
The role would suit a candidate with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with school MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom.
