We are looking for a Freight Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver in Dagenham with a valid counterbalance licence.
Candidates should have experience in warehouse and freight operations, ideally in shipping or freight environments.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with three days from 08:00 to 18:00 and two days from 08:00 to 17:00, plus Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.

We are currently seeking a reliable Freight Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our client’s friendly team based in Dagenham. If you hold a valid counterbalance licence and have experience in warehouse and freight operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Details:

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Three days from 08:00 to 18:00
Two days from 08:00 to 17:00
Saturday mornings on a rotating basis: 08:00 to 10:00

Salary: Up to £28,572 per annum

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
Manual handling certification
Experience in shipping or freight warehouse environments

Key Responsibilities:

Operating forklifts within the warehouse
Loading and unloading trailers and domestic vehicles
Manual handling of light goods
Providing cover for colleagues during holiday or sickness periods
Assisting with order processing and administrative tasks
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace
