M4 Recruitment, a multi sector recruitment specialist are recruitingHGV Class 2 Driversfor a major fresh food delivery service based in Dagenham.
Nights: 1930 start (8-10 hour shifts) Day shifts may also be available but the main bulk will be nights.
Pay -£18.45 P/H
Overtime -£27.68 P/H
You will do an assessment on Monday, followed by 3 days induction (fully paid) and will then work on the Friday and Sunday night. After this period shifts will be offered on a first come first serve basis, and the more shifts accepted will mean more shifts offered in future.
After a few weeks of good performance drivers will be moved onto a temp to perm contract.

Youll start with a thorough induction and learn all the necessary practical skills from vehicle checks and safety at work to what good looks like. Then youll go out on the road with aTraining Support Driver, to learn your route andget ready to go it alone.As a Multi-drop driver, youll be picking stock from the back of your vehicle at each stop, which keeps your day interesting and breaks the driving up. You will have8-15drops each day.

Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 or over
- A valid C2 or C Driving Licence (with a maximum of 6 points)
- Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC)
- Drivers Qualification Card (DQC)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Physically fit
- Must able to pass a drug and alcohol test
