Are you a CAD Technician with a background in Joinery / Carpentry and experience using AutoCAD, looking to join a well-established company that specialises in designing bespoke joinery solutions for commercial buildings and interior designers?

You will be part of a small, collaborative team working on the design and development of major architectural and commercial projects. In this office based role, you will support the CAD team with bespoke projects by creating AutoCAD drawings, producing cut lists, and scheduling materials. You'll liaise closely with the production team to ensure designs are accurately manufactured in a timely manner.

Established over 25 years ago, this company provides specialist design and manufacturing services for bespoke joinery solutions across the UK, with projects including theatres, hotels and office buildings. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to expand their team to continue delivering top-tier service.

This job would suit a CAD Technician from a Joinery / Carpentry background with AutoCAD experience looking for an exciting role within a well-established company where you will have control over design implementations.


The Role:

  • Creating 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Produce material cut list and scheduling to ensure the smooth manufacturing of bespoke furniture
  • Consulting with customers over design and development
  • Monday to Thursday - 8am - 5:30pm, Friday 8 - 5pm

The Person:

  • CAD Technician or similar
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Joinery / Carpentry background
