TimePlan Education is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Dagenham, East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning
- Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to implement individual education plans
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a SEND TA, Teaching Assistant, or Learning Support Assistant
- Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to individual pupil needs
