AnexcitingopportunityhasbecomeavailabletojoinourdynamicClientServicesteamasanAccountManager,servingastheprimarypointofcontactforourclientshereatParagon.

BasedatourDagenhamsite,theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinclientrelationshipmanagement,printproduction,anddirectmailservices.AsanAccountManager,youwillserveastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,ensuringexceptionalservice,timelydeliveryofprojects,andhigh-qualitystandardsinallaspectsofprintanddirectmailproduction.

Hours:MondaytoFriday,9am-5:30pm(1hourbreak)

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ClientRelationshipManagement:Buildandmaintainstrong,long-lastingrelationshipswithclients.Actastheprimarycontactforallinquiries,concerns,andprojectupdates.
  • ProjectCoordination:Overseethefullprojectlifecycleforprintanddirectmailcampaigns,frominitialconcepttofinaldelivery.Thisincludesmanagingtimelines,budgets,andqualitycontrol.
  • QuoteandProposalCreation:Preparedetailedquoteswhererequiredwithsupportfromcommercialteammembers,ensuringthatallclientneedsaremetwithinbudgetaryconstraints.
  • OrderManagement:Processandtrackclientorders,ensuringaccurateandtimelydelivery.Collaboratewithinternalteams,includingproduction,dataprocessing,postage,andlogistics,tomeetclientexpectations.
  • Problem-Solving:Addressanyissuesorchallengesthatariseduringtheprojectlifecycle,proactivelyfindingsolutionstoensureclientsatisfactionandprojectsuccess.
  • VendorManagement:whererequiredworkcloselywiththird-partyvendors,suchastoensurethehighestqualityandcost-effectivesolutionsforclients.
  • SalesSupport:Identifyopportunitiesforadditionalbusinesswithinexistingaccounts.Supportthesalesteamingrowingaccountsandgeneratingnewbusiness.
  • Reporting&Analysis:Provideforecastviewofmonthlyactivityincluding3monthhorizonbasedonmanagedclientaccounts.ManageandcreateclientManagementInformationreportstailoredtoclientspecificationusingbusinesstools.
  • QualityAssurance:Ensurethatallfinalproductsmeetorexceedclientexpectationsandindustrystandards.Workwithproductionteamstoreviewandapproveproofs,samples,andfinalprintruns.

SkillsandAttributeswearelookingfor

  • Provenexperienceinaccountmanagementorclientfacingenvironment,preferablyintheprintanddirectmailindustry.
  • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstomanageclientrelationshipseffectively
  • ProficientinprojectmanagementsoftwareandMSOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
  • Strongattentiontodetail,problem-solvingskills,andtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously
  • Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeetdeadlineswhilemaintainingahighlevelofcustomersatisfactionandservicelevels
  • Strongknowledgeofprintproductionprocesses,directmailcampaigns,andpostalregulationsisdesirable
