BasedatourDagenhamsite,theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinclientrelationshipmanagement,printproduction,anddirectmailservices.AsanAccountManager,youwillserveastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,ensuringexceptionalservice,timelydeliveryofprojects,andhigh-qualitystandardsinallaspectsofprintanddirectmailproduction.

KeyResponsibilities:
- ClientRelationshipManagement:Buildandmaintainstrong,long-lastingrelationshipswithclients.Actastheprimarycontactforallinquiries,concerns,andprojectupdates.
- ProjectCoordination:Overseethefullprojectlifecycleforprintanddirectmailcampaigns,frominitialconcepttofinaldelivery.Thisincludesmanagingtimelines,budgets,andqualitycontrol.
- QuoteandProposalCreation:Preparedetailedquoteswhererequiredwithsupportfromcommercialteammembers,ensuringthatallclientneedsaremetwithinbudgetaryconstraints.
- OrderManagement:Processandtrackclientorders,ensuringaccurateandtimelydelivery.Collaboratewithinternalteams,includingproduction,dataprocessing,postage,andlogistics,tomeetclientexpectations.
- Problem-Solving:Addressanyissuesorchallengesthatariseduringtheprojectlifecycle,proactivelyfindingsolutionstoensureclientsatisfactionandprojectsuccess.
- VendorManagement:whererequiredworkcloselywiththird-partyvendors,suchastoensurethehighestqualityandcost-effectivesolutionsforclients.
- SalesSupport:Identifyopportunitiesforadditionalbusinesswithinexistingaccounts.Supportthesalesteamingrowingaccountsandgeneratingnewbusiness.
- Reporting&Analysis:Provideforecastviewofmonthlyactivityincluding3monthhorizonbasedonmanagedclientaccounts.ManageandcreateclientManagementInformationreportstailoredtoclientspecificationusingbusinesstools.
- QualityAssurance:Ensurethatallfinalproductsmeetorexceedclientexpectationsandindustrystandards.Workwithproductionteamstoreviewandapproveproofs,samples,andfinalprintruns.
SkillsandAttributeswearelookingfor
- Provenexperienceinaccountmanagementorclientfacingenvironment,preferablyintheprintanddirectmailindustry.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstomanageclientrelationshipseffectively
- ProficientinprojectmanagementsoftwareandMSOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
- Strongattentiontodetail,problem-solvingskills,andtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously
- Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeetdeadlineswhilemaintainingahighlevelofcustomersatisfactionandservicelevels
- Strongknowledgeofprintproductionprocesses,directmailcampaigns,andpostalregulationsisdesirable
