Estate Agent Lister

This role is self-employed, but it is very different from most self-employed models out there, so please do not be put off by this. This is a fully operational and successful bricks and mortar Estate Agency which has been built from the ground up with this business model. You will still work from an office, but you will focus in a specific area. All of your equipment is supplied as well as access to a very well established and lucrative lead source. There is nothing stopping you earning in excess of 6-figures in your first year!

Estate Agent Lister - Remuneration:

Existing Agents are currently earning between £80,000 - £130,000 on this model and this can be demonstrated during the interview process. To assist you in your first few months, you will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £500 per month, which is not repayable.

You will receive a personal commission of 50% of the agreed fee. Work hard and success will buy you freedom moving forwards.

Mobile telephone and laptop are provided along with private healthcare for you and your family.
There are no set up fees or ongoing costs.
You will work with an existing 3 person team of likeminded Estate Agents from serviced offices and will have the RM8 postcode of Dagenham as your own exclusive area which is already established.

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent only who is capable of valuing and listing.

You will be provided with all the tools of the trade for lead generation to include marketing using artificial intelligence, CRM and social media training. Full support for you to grow your business and you will be shown how to nurture your database, market out to your contacts, send reminders and also use Facebook to your benefit. You will get heavily involved in marketing in your core postcode area on an ongoing basis. You will need to be prepared to be learning based in order to grow your business.
