JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a reputable provider of supported living , is currently looking to recruit a Head of Supported Living on a temp to perm basis to help provide the highest levels of care to those living with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
- 55,000 per annum
- Fulltime role
- Temp to perm
- Provide strategic leadership and support to all supported living services around Essex

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- You must be a Registered Manager with proven background in learning disabilities or mental health settings
- You must have strong experience in supervising and developing Managers
- Passion for learning disabilities and mental health care
- Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
- Budget management, report-writing and leading multidisciplinary teams
JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE HEAD OF SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES:
- Supervise Support Living Managers
- Be the lead on Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support
- Oversee recruitment, retention and development of staff
- Deputise for the Director of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health in their absence
