Residential support worker - Day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a children’s residential provider in Derbyshire who are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker / RSW. 

This residential home provides assisted living to child with additional needs such as ASD, Challenging behaviour and children who have suffered brain injuries.

We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / RSW to work days throughout the week - 3 ON, 4 OFF, 12 Hr shifts

We can offer temp to perm roles.

The successful Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:

• A care background - specifically with children
• A enhanced child DBS on the update service (advantageous but you can apply for one through us if needed)
• Experience supporting young people with SEND
• ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Flexibility with shifts
