TeacherActive is proud to be working with a children’s residential provider in Derbyshire who are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker / RSW for night shifts.
This residential home provides assisted living to child with additional needs such as ASD, Challenging behaviour and children who have suffered brain injuries.
We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / RSW to work days throughout the week - 3 ON, 4 OFF, 12 Hr shifts
We can offer temp to perm roles.
The successful Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:
- A care background - specifically with children
- A enhanced child DBS on the update service (advantageous but you can apply for one through us if needed)
- Experience supporting young people with SEND
- ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Flexibility with shifts
