About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You’ll lead a skilled team of nurses and care staff, foster a positive culture, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing home, ensuring CQC / CI compliance and clinical excellence
  • Deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of compassion and accountability
  • Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and occupancy levels effectively
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
  • Drive quality assurance, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
  • Champion staff wellbeing and professional development

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or residential care setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC / CI regulations and clinical governance
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and building a thriving team
