Are you an experienced accountant looking for a hands-on role with flexibility, great work-life balance, and no management responsibilities? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Senior to join our friendly and growing accountancy practice. You'll be preparing accounts for small limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships, working directly with clients and as part of a supportive team. This is an ideal role if you enjoy the technical side of accounting and want a position that offers both autonomy and flexibility.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies
• Communicating with clients to gather information and answer queries
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Supporting colleagues in a collaborative and team-focused environment
• Staying up to date with accounting regulations and best practices
�? What We’re Looking For
• AAT qualified with 5+ years of practice experience OR
• ACA/ACCA qualified with 8-10 years of practice experience OR
• Qualified by experience with a strong background in accountancy practice
• Skilled with accounting software and systems
• Independent, detail-focused, and client-friendly
