Your Role, Your Impact:

  • Account Manager: You'll be the cornerstone of client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and identifying avenues for growth within a portfolio of SME accounts. Your focus will be on achieving 4+ apprenticeship starts per month while supporting learner success.
  • Senior Account Manager: You'll be a leader in account management, taking ownership of more complex relationships and proactively identifying strategic opportunities. Your expertise will guide junior team members and contribute to overall team success, with a target of 5+ apprenticeship starts per month.

Key to Your Success:

  • Proactively managing and growing relationships with SME employers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for progressions, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and support learners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive team culture.
