About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing team on a permanent, days-only basis in Darlington. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating CNC machinery, producing precision components, and working to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC machines (milling and/or turning) for production runs
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
Conduct quality checks and maintain production records
Ensure machines are maintained and the workspace is clean and safe
Requirements:
Proven CNC Operator experience
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
