A forward-thinking and well-established engineering company is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller to join its growing team. Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines

  • Interpreting and working from engineering drawings

  • Producing one-off and small batch components to tight tolerances

  • Conducting in-process and final inspection of parts

  • Working independently and within a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller

  • Ability to programme at the machine is essential

  • Experience with offline programming (e.g. CAD/CAM) is advantageous

  • Familiarity with Hurco machines and controls is beneficial but not essential

  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances

  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
