Role and Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the daily care of our young people, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. You will also provide crucial support to the staff team and maintain high standards, with the capacity to deputize for the Registered and Deputy Managers when needed. We are looking for individuals who can connect with and build relationships with our young people. Compassion, emotional resilience, and supportiveness are key, along with the ability to inspire and lead your colleagues.

  • Base salary of £34,302 - £41,341
  • In addition to your base salary you’ll do up to 2 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £1,946 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year
