The Company.Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting a well established Darlington-based business on the appointment of an Administrator to join them on an interim/temporary basis.The Opportunity.As an experienced Administrator, you will be joining a team that is requiring an extra pair of hands across the purchasing and finance teams and you will be involved in:
  • Preparing and inputting data into their internal systems
  • Creating and purchase orders
  • Managing supplier payments and ensuring payments are made on time
  • Preparing reports and presentations for finance and purchasing teams
  • Organising procurement documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing supplier contracts and maintaining vendor records
  • Tracking inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment
What you need to succeed.As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record in providing comprehensive administration support and be able to confidently manage your own workload and manage deadlines.  You will have extensive IT experience in particular working on MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.  You will be efficient and have the ability to hit the ground running and ideally have an understanding or experience working within a purchasing or finance team within administration capacity.This is an interim opportunity to start 19th May and expected to last 4 months minimum.
