As the Reverse Logistics & Hygiene Manager you will manage the recycling and hygiene teams, and processes. Ensuring all recycling is processed within guidelines, hygiene levels are maintained and carried out in a safe and efficient manner complying with AIB/DQMP standards, in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health & Safety Legislation, and within Company procedures.

You will be one of the first on the team at our-brand-new Darlington distribution centre, shaping the future of the business from the start.
Managing a large team, working in a multi-temperature food storage environment you'll be responsible for recycling processes and site hygiene standards.
Your main duties will include:
- Empathetic leadership, managing, motivating and developing your team.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all.
- Ensuring hygiene processes are carried out correctly and all pest control procedures are followed and recorded effectively.
- Assisting with improving hygiene procedures, working practices and working efficiencies.
- To work to, have knowledge of and actively promote AIB, DQMP and Workplace Organisation standards.
Profile
The successful candidate will be adaptable, with a focus on quality and safety.
They will enjoy leading a team will uphold the People First culture, fostering an environment of inclusion and equity across the business.
Previous experience of working in hygiene and/or recycling in a physically demanding multi-temperature FMCG environment is desirable.
Experience driving MHE's is essential, as is a good standard of maths and English and computer literacy, as this is role requires some administration and paperwork.
