Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise support requests to meet SLA's.
- Implement consistent processes for reliable services.
- Analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
- Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Available for critical incident response outside standard hours.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends for service enhancements.
- Design and configure network architecture and applications.
- Provide technical support during projects and deployments.
Measurable Outcomes:
- Maintain Network and Infrastructure availability as per SLAs.
- Deliver projects within specified timeframes and requirements.
- Timely response to Severity 1 calls as per SLAs.
Key Experiences:
- Proficient in enterprise network maintenance.
- Experienced with Cisco, Juniper, and Unifi equipment.
- Skilled in Secure Web Gateway solutions and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and relevant industry qualifications.
- Familiarity with VMware, SAN, and cyber security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring systems like SolarWinds and Cacti.
Key Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptive to changing environments.
- Broad understanding of IT concepts and trends.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Juniper JNCIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Server, and VMware Certifications.
