This position would suit an Operations Manager looking for an autonomous role where they can put their own stamp on operational excellence and help shape the future direction of the business.
The Role:
- Lead and manage production and operational delivery of complex, high-value engineering projects
- Ensuring excellence in quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- 70,000 - 90,000 + 4800 Car Allowance + Annual Bonus + Hybrid Working
