Mainly based out of my clients HQ in Darlington, Durham, North East with some ad-hoc travel

We're on the hunt for ambitious Account Directors at ALL levels to join our dynamic team, working with a leading organisation in the skills and employability sector.

Our client is seeking exceptional sales professionals ready to make a real impact in the apprenticeship and skills sector.

Whether you're just starting your B2B sales journey or you're a seasoned pro leading complex partnerships, they've designed a clear pathway for your success.

Your Mission (Depending on Your Level):

  • Junior AD: Master strategic sales, build client confidence, generate leads, and contribute to winning proposals. Aim for 6+ starts/month.
  • Account Director: Own your portfolio, skyrocket new business, craft tailored strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Target 7+ starts/month.
  • Senior AD: Lead high-value client relationships, shape sector presence, design winning go-to-market strategies, and influence internal teams. Aim for 9+ starts/month.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success in strategic account management within apprenticeships, training, or related B2B services.
  • A consultative, insight-led sales approach that builds trust.
  • Experience in writing tenders/bids and navigating procurement frameworks (desirable).
  • A passion for quality and a commitment to high standards in apprenticeship delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to create revenue-generating solutions.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive for results.
  • A credible and engaging presence.
