We are seeking an experienced professional to lead property services and drive excellence in compliance, maintenance, and asset management. This is a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient environments that align with our ethos and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align property services with organisational values and care delivery standards.

  • Build strong relationships with teams to optimise service delivery.

  • Oversee recruitment, performance, and goal-setting for the property team.

  • Ensure full compliance with maintenance and safety regulations, including Fire and Water Risk Assessments.

  • Manage budgets, capital expenditure, and contractor performance for cost-effective operations.

  • Develop and maintain policies to support strategic goals and ensure robust governance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, facilities management, or similar fields.

  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering results in complex organisations.

  • Expertise in building compliance, engineering projects, and financial planning.

  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Full driving license and willingness to travel.

Desirable Skills:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or expertise in project management.

  • Experience in the healthcare or care sector.
