Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a newly refurbished service department in a Car Dealership?
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must 2/3 years have previous experience as a Service Advisor at a Main Dealer
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
