We are looking for a Trainee Field Service Technician for our client based in Dartford.

The company is a physical security solution provider, offering protection for organisations and businesses for over 30 years. We are the UK's leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products

Salary: 27k per annum

Holiday: 25 days +8 Bank Holidays

You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and have a passion for problem solving

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability

Ideal Candidate will have

  • Field Service experience within mechanical electrical environment preferable.
  • IT skills (Proficient in mobile device/tablet use).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, i.e. repair equipment.
  • Positive can-do self-motivated attitude towards work and fellow team members & willingness to support other technicians in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
  • Full UK Driving License.
