Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing, product and/or sales role, ideally within the financial services or regulated sector but consideration will be given outside of these.- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and product development within an SME- An eagerness to focus on Social Media platforms to grow the brand awareness within the market- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
