Delivery Driver

Do you have experience in multi-drop delivery driving? Happy to help out in the warehouse with loading and unloading too? Want a permanent role with job security and the opportunity to progress within the business?

Working for this well-established mechanical component distributor as a Driver, you’ll plan your route and deliver various components across the SE London and Kent area. You’ll also get stuck in with warehouse stock loading support. This position has an 80% driving and 20% warehouse split.

Salary – Circa £25,000 Per Annum

Location – Dartford

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 8-5 / Occasional OT available

The Role

This role is predominantly a van driving role however you’ll operate in a culture where everyone gets stuck in, therefore you’ll be expected to assist in the warehouse too. The role involves daily vehicle checks, handling and loading items safely, including heavy goods such as gas cylinders, and maintaining communication with customers and management about deliveries.

In the warehouse you’ll undertake work in the form of receiving, picking, and packing orders accurately, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
