An established Engineering company near Dartford is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining effective client relationships to support company growth.
The salary for this position is up to £80,000 depending on experience, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with social media, marketing production, and WordPress is essential for success in this position.

An established Engineering company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager role involves identifying new business opportunities as well as building and maintaining effective working relationships to support the growth of the company.

Salary: Up to £80k DOE
Mon - Fri | 8am - 5pm
Parking on site

Business Development Manager duties:

Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Maintaining existing client relationships and developing new opportunities
Managing multiple opportunities and balancing priorities
Actively promoting the company, unique selling points across social media and the company website
Developing and implementing marketing strategies
Generating new business opportunities

Business Development skills/competencies:

Minimum 3 years working within a similar role
Highly skilled at managing relationships
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the industry
Social media and marketing production experience
WordPress knowledge and experience is essential
