- Lead new product development (NPD): Own and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring every stage is optimised — from concept to launch.
- Analyse markets & predict trends: Use insight and data to shape strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Shape the product portfolio: Define positioning, manage life cycles, and build compelling commercial propositions.
- Navigate legislation: Stay on top of regulatory developments, ensuring compliance and enhancing market access.
- Drive technical marketing initiatives: Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to promote speciality and value-added products.
- Engage customers directly: Build networks to gather insight into product application and evolving market needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, innovation, and technical teams.
- 5+ years’ experience within a Product based role
- Good understanding of regulated industries such as manufacturing, building, construction etc.
- Strong commercial insight and a data-led mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering results
- £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary
