Our client is a well-established and high-performing main dealership located in Dartford, currently seeking a hands-on, results-driven Sales Manager to lead their dynamic sales team.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering sales strategies and budgets across new and used vehicles, accessories, and related services.
  • Driving performance across the team to meet sales, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the sales and admin teams to ensure peak performance.
  • Actively managing day-to-day operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Embracing and enhancing digital sales channels to maximise lead conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales opportunities through an effective and consistent sales process.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Work closely with the manufacturer to achieve volume targets.
  • Monitor and control performance against budget and targets.
  • Ensure efficient use of all resources—staff, systems, and stock.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in a similar Sales Manager role within a franchised dealership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
