Our client is seeking a skilled Customer Service Sales Executive.  The role is offered as a full-time permanent position, working from home one day a week (currently Friday).

Salary:                          excellent salary and benefits

Location:                      Dartford

Hours:                          8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Benefits include:            25 days holiday + BH, contributory pension 9%, 3x Life assurance, + more

Out of hours:                 £100 per week plus additional on public holidays of £50 each day. This is on a Rota basis.

Working in a team of 5 the overall purpose of the role is to grow sales and ensure an excellent customer experience.

To build strong and sustainable relationships with the customers and act as a trustworthy advisor delivering excellent customer service. To be the customer’s key point of contact adding value and advising them on which products to buy why, when and where. Drive sales through proactive follow up of quotes to increase the likelihood of selling, up- and cross-selling. To identify and act on leads and opportunities.  Manage certain high value and prioritised enquiries/orders while working closely with our Order Processing Centres and Operations to ensure smooth handling of customer transactions.

Customer Service Sales ExecutiveQualifications

  • Relevant education and/-or relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English – both in writing and speaking
  • Customer focused with the ability to understand and react/adapt to their needs, with the ability to turn opportunities into sales growth.
  • Excellent interacting, networking and communicating skills: Establishes good relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Solid commercial understanding and sales skills, with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Growth mindset – Having a “Can Do” attitude, looking for solutions on challenges.
  • Quickly adapts to changing circumstances, accepts new ideas and change initiatives
