Job Title: Electrical Project/Contracts Manager
Location: Dartford, Kent (Near Dartford)
Position: Full-time, Monday Friday (Plus overtime available)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Project/Contracts Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The Role:
As an Electrical Project/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the projects won as contracts manager. You will ensure smooth transitions from job winning to completion, acting as the main point of contact for engineers, and addressing technical questions when required.
You will also be involved in project management, ensuring that works run smoothly, within budget, and in line with the companys core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QS): Manage NICEIC registration and complete annual assessments.
Quoting & Winning Works: Be actively involved in quoting for new jobs and securing contracts.
Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and stay within budget.
Certification & QS Certificates: Assist with all necessary certification and QS certificates for the projects.
Staff Training & Development: Support the training and ongoing development of staff.
Testing & Inspection: Assist with testing procedures and complete calibration of testing equipment.
Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety procedures are followed, maintaining a compliant work environment.
Site Procedures: Ensure all site procedures are adhered to by staff.
Key Essential Requirements:
Full UK Driving License
18th Edition of BS7671
Competent in Testing & Inspection
Level 3 NVQ
Must have own tools
Minimum 7 years of experience as an Electrician/Electrical Supervisor
Project Management Experience
Preferred Requirements:
ECS Card
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Level 4 Award in Design and Verification of Electrical Installations
Inspection & Testing 2391 qualification or equivalent
Experience as a QS (Qualified Supervisor)
