If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this role could be the perfect fit for you.As a Customer Liaison Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring world-class customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively to meet performance targets while building strong relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Sage
  • Manage time effectively to ensure high productivity and service quality
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Manage projects and complete administrative duties
  • Provide accurate stock and pricing information to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives
