Daytime Healthcare are assisting an established Domiciliary Care organisation who are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join their team in Dartford, Kent.
The successful Care Coordinator will be able to communicate professionally with clients and care staff to ensure the smooth running of the branch. You will also be involved with the recruitment for our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration and coordination of care services.
- To manage the preparation of rotas and care staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting with recruitment, interviews & onboarding.
- Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions.
Essential:
- Candidate must have previous Care Coordinator experience, with experience in Domiciliary Care or Homecare.
- Candidate must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Must have a Right To Work in the UK.
