24-7 Employment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Truck Operative to join a fast-paced and well-organised warehouse operation based in Dartford, Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a valid forklift truck license who is looking to join a professional and safety-conscious team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of forklifts including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Pivot Truck to support warehouse operations
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Move products throughout the warehouse using handheld scanners and electric pallet trucks
• Strap and secure pallets for production and dispatch
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the warehouse and production areas
• Remove waste materials safely and promptly
• Follow all site Health & Safety protocols and report any hazards or near misses
• Ensure correct use and storage of equipment issued
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support the wider operational team as required

Requirements:

• Valid licenses for either Counterbalance, Reach Truck and/or Pivot Truck
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution or packing environment preferred
• Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems for stock movement
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills and commitment to quality
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Good understanding of spoken and written English
