Are you an Administrator or Scheduler with a background in facilities, construction or similar looking to join a well-established and reputable company, working within a close-knit team known for its supportive environment and varied role?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing Services team within a facilities management / construction environment, where you will play a key role in coordinating engineers and subcontractors, managing client communication, and supporting the financial and operational performance of the department.

In the role you will be a central point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring maintenance works are planned, tracked, and completed efficiently, while maintaining accurate records and supporting invoicing and reporting.

This position would suit an Administrator with a background in facilities management, construction or similar.

The role:

  • Coordinate and schedule engineers and subcontractors, managing workloads and service delivery
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, handling enquiries, escalations, and service coordination
  • Maintain CAFM systems and client platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
  • Support financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and audit compliance.
  • Office based 3 days a week wit Hybrid flexibility.

The person:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management or construction-based environment.
  • IT knoweldgeh using MS Office, CAFM systems, and client reporting platforms
  • Commutable to Dartford.
