We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader on behalf of our client, a reputable social housing contractorand property maintenance company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join a growing team working on a variety of domesticprojects across Dartford.
As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and basic plastering.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.

Perform multi-trade duties including (but not limited to):
-
Basic plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks, replacing taps)

Carpentry (e.g. door repairs, fitting skirting)

Painting & decorating
-
Tiling & patch plastering
-
General handyman tasks
-

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site.

Accurately record job details and materials used.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Maintenance Operative.

Experience working within Social Housing
-
Proficiency in a range of trades with at least one as a core trade.

Full UK driving licence
-
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
