Role: HR Manager - Dartford

This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead a full HR function and shape how people and culture develop within a growing organisation. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, giving the HR Manager genuine influence across the business.

The position centres on providing practical, commercially minded HR support to managers and employees while ensuring the company has strong, consistent people processes. The HR Manager leads the HR team and also oversees Health & Safety and Hospitality teams, so it suits someone who enjoys a broad remit and cross-functional collaboration.

A key aspect of the role is partnering with managers-guiding them, coaching them, and helping them take ownership of people management. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading an HR function with strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident managing and developing teams
  • Skilled at coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven reporting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Able to manage sensitive situations with balance and confidence
  • Degree-qualified with MCIPD (or equivalent experience)
