Role - HR Cooridnator

At Fresh People we are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a dynamic team within the fast-paced fresh produce sector. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, consistency, and engagement throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on a range of HR matters including employee relations, absence, and performance

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews

  • Maintain HR records, documents, and internal systems to a high standard

  • Produce regular HR reports and support audits

  • Ensure all internal policies are communicated clearly and adhered to

  • Assist with internal projects and staff events, promoting wellbeing and engagement

  • Uphold GDPR standards and maintain strict confidentiality

What Were Looking For:
  • At least 2 years experience in a generalist HR role

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office

  • A team player with high ethical standards and a proactive attitude
