Job Title: Application Service Desk Analyst Location: Dartford/Hybris Salary: GBP27,500 - GBP29,000 (depending on experience) About the Role Were looking for a motivated Application Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. You'll support users, troubleshoot application issues, and help improve our services. This is a hybrid role, with initial training in-office 5 days a week and working for a highly regarded company Key Responsibilities 路 Respond to support queries via phone, email, or tickets 路 Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues 路 Write simple scripts (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) 路 Maintain support documentation 路 Help users with application use and setup 路 Log and track incidents (using Salesforce Remedyforce, Jira) 路 Assist with testing updates and fixes 路 Work closely with IT and development teams 路 Shift work and some on call What Youll Need 路 Experience in 1st line application support (essential) 路 Strong communication and customer service skills 路 Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) 路 Familiarity with IT support tools and processes 路 Calm under pressure and good at problem-solving 路 ITIL Foundation (preferred) Qualifications & Experience 路 Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent (preferred) 路 2 years in application support or customer service (preferred) 路 Junior developer experience a bonus Benefits 路 Company pension 路 On-site parking 路 Death in Service cover 路 Sick pay
