Job Title: IT Technician - Dartford

About Us:
Concept Project Services team are looking for a IT Technician based in Dartford for a 3 month contract starting in January 2025.
Position Overview:
The successful IT Technician will be involved in upgrading and reimaging of company laptops on site Monday - Friday.
Typical Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Manage all upgrades, script work and reimaging of company laptops onsite
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the datacenter to ensure continuity of systems operations and take appropriate action of any failures/issues.
- Demonstrate high level of customer service, providing professionalism and proper communication dealing with all users and internal teams
Rate Information:
Competitive Rates: Negotiable based on experience (inside IR35).
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proficiency with installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of a range of IT devices.
- Previous reimaging experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant IT Engineering certifications.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information:
This role falls under IR35 regulations, so payment will be processed through an umbrella company.
